Lane tries out a new cosplay character, Aoi Asahina.  (4/2/22)

Lee carefully considers the next move to make in this game of You Wish.  (4/3/22)

A lovely picnic, complete with games, under a magnolia tree in the rose garden.  (4/3/22)

We follow our picnic with a game of frisbee.  (4/3/22)

Standing on solid ground?  Climbing trees!  (4/3/22)

Checking their notes in their Coyote Kids notebook.  (4/6/22)

"Happy birthday to Moose Daniel!"  (4/8/22)

"This one is big and heavy -- can you handle it???"  (4/8/22)

Only our second trip to a restaurant in more than two years.  (4/8/22)

The big and heavy present was a drill set.  (4/8/22)

Lee channels the nature of a cat while watching our new fish.  (4/13/22)

This fish will simply have to acclimate to a new home where it gets watched by cats.  (4/13/22)

Time to get some energy out on the trampoline.  (4/15/22)

"I'm a child so I'm better at doing cool jumps like this."  (4/15/22)

Duckies and waterfalls.  (4/15/22)

There's nothing quite like a hot tub on a sunny day.  (4/15/22)

Always be climbing.  (4/15/22)

Cosplaying as Chiaki Nanami, and heading over to spend the afternoon with Atlas.  (4/16/22)

Lee must close the star-base before we can leave the playground to prevent an enemy invasion.  (4/16/22)

Time to dye eggs.  Lee begins with an orange one.  (4/16/22)

Lovely colors, pale and pretty.  (4/16/22)

Chaotically trading the different cups of dye.  (4/16/22)

Baskets full of eggs.  (4/16/22)

Before going to bed, Lee writes a note to the Easter bunny...  (4/16/22)

The note reads:  "I do not want any unicorn stuff.  Can you give me cat stuff?"  But in all caps.  (4/16/22)

Lee comes down stairs painfully early to discover great bounties, including an activity...  (4/17/22)

Lee gets right to work on their new Lego set, keeping them busy while the rest of us wake up more slowly.  (4/17/22)

Lane finds a reversible plush cat in their basket -- when turned inside out, it becomes a unicorn!  (4/17/22)

Lee's cat is also reversible, but it does not turn into a unicorn, as requested.  Lane offers to trade, but Lee is horrified by the idea.  They do not want unicorns!  (4/17/22)

Not every egg has candy in it -- this one has egg-shaped rocks.  (4/17/22)

Lee skeptically tries this peep-sicle, and finds it's pretty good.  (4/17/22)

Cats and rabbits.  No unicorns.  (4/17/22)

The kids took turns hiding eggs for each other and finding them.  (4/17/22)

We decided our yard would be better off with a lot of clover growing in it...  (4/17/22)

So, I poured clover seeds into the kids hands...  (4/17/22)

...and they scattered clover seeds everywhere.  (4/17/22)

Trying to catch up on some schoolwork.  (4/19/22)

Painting time.  (4/23/22)

Lee is becoming a kind of gangly lap cat.  (4/23/22)

We got a sunny day, so we decided it was time for a picnic in the Teddy Bear Garden.  (4/24/22)

Running with Avery.  (4/24/22)

It's good for the little ones to get some energy out playing together.  (4/24/22)

Laughing at jokes on the internet together.  In this case, a list of movie titles with "Batman" replacing one of the words.  (4/24/22)

This is what happens when I lie down on the picnic blanket.  I get swarmed.  (4/24/22)

Setting up Lane's beehive in a secluded spot behind Grand Janet's house -- the B Ark will soon have bees!  (4/24/22)

"Do you think I'm going under twenty?"  (4/28/22)
